My apologies for the multiple releases (both maintenance and RC) in
rapid succession. There was a regression in the 1.3.5c and 1.3.6rc3
releases which caused all normal FTP users to be treated/handled as
anonymous logins:

This was a serious enough regression to warrant fixing (again), and
shipping new releases with the fix.
