[Proftpd-user] User management app

I run a simple ftp server for a school and each semester I need to
create 50 to 70 accounts for users and deactivate the previous
semester's 50 to 70 accounts. We're using cPanel and it's quite tedious
to manage users.

I've given some thought to writing my own but thought maybe someone else
might have some suggestions to simplify user management?

You should use Webmin tool to manage. It actually simplifies your task while user creation.
